Everlasting NSK State

NSK State Delegates at a working group session during the First NSK Citizens’ Congress.
NSK State in Time is transfigurating with and in time, which is State’s territory. Now we are able to see it clearly that citizens are taking responsibility for their State and truly want to affect on its development. The Congress is a proof of that.
